What is Thynklab?

An initiative by Vipin Sirohi to empower student innovation.

By Vipin Sirohi – Founder

Hello, I’m Vipin Sirohi, an educator, mentor, and someone who has worked closely with students for the last few years. Over this time, I’ve seen something very powerful — students and young people today are full of brilliant ideas, but many of them don’t know what to do next with those ideas. That’s where Thynklab comes in.

Thynklab is a space where ideas find teams, mentors find purpose, and creators find community. A space where you don’t need to have money, contacts, or even a complete plan to begin — just an idea, the courage to share it, and the willingness to build something real.

The Purpose Behind Thynklab

I started Thynklab because I truly believe that the best ideas don’t always come from boardrooms. They come from classrooms, from late-night conversations with friends, and from people who are genuinely curious about solving real problems. But the truth is, having an idea is only the first step. Most students find themselves stuck, wondering who will help them build it, where to find a designer or a coder, or how to take the idea out of their notebook and turn it into something real. That’s what Thynklab is here for. To bridge that gap, to bring the right people together, and to help turn bold ideas into something meaningful

How Does Thynklab Work?

Whether you are someone with an idea or someone with a skill — Thynklab is built for collaboration.

If you have an idea:

You can submit your project on Thynklab with a short write-up, the kind of support you need (design, tech, content, etc.), and start building your team from the community.

If you want to help:

You can join existing projects based on your skills. Whether you want to work for free, for a revenue share, or on a pay basis — there’s space for everyone.

We’ve created three types of contributors:

1. Mentors & Supporters (Free Help)

These are teachers, professors, alumni, or skilled individuals who are willing to volunteer their time and experience to guide projects — simply because they believe in young minds.

2. Collaborators (Paid / Revenue Share)

Designers, developers, content creators, or strategists who want to contribute in exchange for payment or a share in future revenue.

3. Founders (Idea Creators)

Students or individuals who have shared their ideas and are looking to build a team. They are the dreamers who just need doers by their side.

What Makes Thynklab Different?

At Thynklab, we believe in more than just ideas. We believe in the people who help turn those ideas into action. This is a space built around collaboration, where projects are guided by experienced mentors, educators, and professionals who are genuinely invested in your growth. You have the freedom to choose how you want to contribute. You can offer your skills for free, get paid for your work, or join a project with a shared vision for the future. Building a team is no longer a challenge. That common feeling of having an idea but no one to support it ends here. Your future team could be just one conversation away. Most importantly, Thynklab welcomes everyone. Whether you are a student, a creator, a mentor, or someone with a dream, there is a place for you here.

Why Should You Join Thynklab?

– Because your ideas deserve more than just likes. They deserve a real chance to grow into something meaningful.

– Because the skills you have are valuable and could be exactly what someone else needs to bring their vision to life.

– Because you are not alone. And when we come together with purpose, we can build something incredible.
